What our clients say about us
My family and I had such an amazing day with Tulum Private Tours! Our guide Servando went out of his way to make our day perfect. The swim
In the cenote was unbelievable and so much more than we expected. The tour of the ruins was so interesting and informative , we almost forgot we were melting in the hot sun! Later, our day was rounded out with a lunch at a really special restaurant/inn set deep in the jungle. We NEVER would have ever found such a place on our own. (Thank you Meli Melo P & B for the great meal and insight into your unique property). They even arranged for transportation for us in another day with our driver, Paco, who also couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. We will highly recommend this company to anyone.

I would highly recommend booking a tour with this company. They go over and beyond. It was truly an amazing experience!

We had the best time with Servando & Paco! They made this tour the best for us. We had 8 people on this private tour which included 4 teenagers! Servando had us all hooked with his knowledge of the history of the Mayas & the culture! He made it come alive!

Booked a tour through Tulum Private Tours for a group of 9 of us, and I must say it truly was the highlight of the entire trip. From the planning process to the pick up everything was stress free. We did the Cenote tour and visited 2 cenote's and stopped in Tulum for literally the best tacos ever.
We had Servando as our guide and couldn't be happier. You can tell he has a passion for what he does and is incredibly knowledgeable. I had always seen photos of my friends visiting Cenote's and saw them standing in crowded lines, what we had was an entirely different private experience.
The first cenote we arrived at -- we were the first and only ones there for about 45 minutes and were able to take in it's beauty uninterrupted. The second Cenote was a covered cave cenote and we explored this cenote for about an hour with Servanto explaining many aspects of the cenote and some links to Mayan culture along the way.
Highly recommend this company if you are going to book a tour

"I knew exactly what I wanted to see and do while in the Yucatan. Upon reading reviews of many group tours I decided upon private tours and after reading the reviews of many operators online I decided upon Tulum Private Tours and it was a great decision. My dealings online were it Cedric, one of the partners, but both days I booked the tours were led by the other partner Servando and accompanied by our driver Pablo.
I cannot say enough good things about Servando and Pablo. The first tour was of Chichen Itza and we took in all the important buildings at a very leisurely pace and with rest stops at any time I needed a rest. Servando is well versed in the history of the people and the area and explained everything to me before we arrived and then reinforced what he had said while we toured the site and he always looked for a shady spot to make things more comfortable as it was hot! We also stopped in Valladolid to see the church and main square and then had lunch if a very historic and fine restaurant."

We were fortunate enough to have Cedric as our guide for the day! We first went to Gran Cenote where he was very informative, accommodating with photos, and gave us the freedom to spend as much time there as possible. He then decided we were ready for Aktun Chen (enclosed cenote) and so happy he brought us there, what an experience! He was also able to get great photos there as well. Cedric ended our day with a very nice lunch with great service at Burrito Amor.
