"We are a big group and you only show up to 6 people, can you help? "
Absolutely, our van takes up to 6 people but with our partners and suppliers we can organize a special itinerary for your group, we just need a bit more notice to make sure we organize the perfect private tour for you.
"What is the pricing of a tour? "
Price varies of the number of guests and the activities you wish to do. We have set tours shown on our website if you would like something different please contact us for some information and pricing.

"What are your terms and conditions? "
As we operate on an exclusive and privately guided tour our schedule can be fully booked very quickly. To secure your booking we ask for a 150 usd pre-payment at the time of the booking. The balance can be paid at the beginning of your tour. Whilst we are flexibles in our timing, please try to be at the agreed meeting point and the agreed time. Any no-show will have to be charged. Any late cancellation will be charged in full. As soon as we have received your deposit we will make all the arrangements for your exclusive, private tour and once your booking is processed we will send you a final confirmation and further details so you can look forward to your day with us.
"What is the cancellation policy? "
To ensure your satisfaction we prepare your tour several days in advance, making arrangements with subcontractors. Now we understand circumstances changes and therefore you can cancel your tour 48h before your scheduled tour at no charge. We will refund in full your pre-payment. If your private tours is canceled by us for any reason including weather conditions you’ll receive a full refund or be able to reschedule your tour with no penalty.
"Why do we need your room number and a phone number?"
Your room number is important to allow us to pick you up from the hotel. It serves as proof that you contacted us and to pick you up at the hotel’s lobby. It makes it safe for you and the hotel. We need your phone in case we need to get a hold of you
"I am on a cruise and will only be staying a certain amount of time, Can I still do a tour? "
Yes, we will work around your time schedule, you can start at the time that suits you and you will be back at the time to continue your cruise. We customize any private tour to fit your schedule and meet your needs.
