Are your tours private?

Yes. Tulum Private Tours arranges private experiences for your booking rather than placing you on a shared group departure. The sites themselves may also be visited by other travelers.

Where do you pick up guests?

Pickup is available from a hotel, private house or Airbnb. Send your exact location when requesting a quote. The final pickup time, route and any location-related costs are confirmed for your reservation.

How much does a private tour cost?

Prices depend on the experience and group size. The tour pages list rates in USD per person for the indicated number of guests. Ask for a complete quote for your date, pickup location, group and requested changes.

What deposit is required?

The booking deposit is USD 150 per reservation, for any group size. It is a deposit toward your tour, not the full tour price. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your tour.

Which languages can I request?

English, Spanish and French can be requested. Tell us your preferred language when booking so guide availability can be confirmed.

Can you arrange tours for larger groups?

Yes. Published rates include several group sizes, and larger groups can be arranged with advance planning. Send the full number of adults and children so vehicles, guides and any boats can be quoted correctly.

What is included in the price?

Inclusions vary by tour. Each tour page describes its transportation, guide, entrance fees, equipment, lunch and drinks. Read that specific list and confirm any customized itinerary in your quotation.

Which tour should I choose for cenotes?

Cenotes Exploration & Tacos visits two selected cenotes around Tulum and includes a local taco lunch. Tulum Cenote Tacos combines the Tulum archaeological site with a cenote and lunch. Water Experience combines a cenote with the boat and floating experience near Muyil in Sian Ka’an, without a guided ruins visit.

How long do the tours take?

Duration varies by experience and pickup location. Cenotes Exploration and Tulum Cenote Tacos have published five-hour sample schedules. Water Experience is planned for approximately six hours. Chichén Itzá is a full-day trip; its sample 6:30 am to 5:00 pm schedule is approximately 10.5 hours. Confirm final timings for your booking.

Can I request vegetarian food or discuss accessibility?

Yes. Share dietary restrictions, swimming confidence and mobility needs before booking. Some tour pages list vegetarian options, but the meal, site access and suitability of each activity must be confirmed for your group.

Are wildlife sightings guaranteed?

No. Wildlife is free-living, and sightings depend on natural conditions. This applies to experiences involving turtles, monkeys, birds or other animals.

How do I book and confirm cancellation terms?

Contact us with your preferred tour, date, number of adults and children, pickup location and special requirements. Confirm availability, the full price, inclusions, cancellation and refund terms before paying your deposit.
